Everything is custom, so we can change fonts, colors, layouts, etc.  Just leave me a note in the info box if you want a design change!

The name of this card is in big letters right above, so make sure you include that! (ie. Trendsetter 7)

For your image numbers, choose your favorites from your session!  If you know which order you'd like them in, write that in too.  If you're not sure, just give me a few of your favorites and I'll choose which ones work best.

Then in the INFO box, I need the following information:
 
1. EXACTLY how you'd like your sweet Baby's name written (ie. Jen, Jennifer, Jennifer Marie, Jennifer Smith, etc.)
 
2. Stats (Birth Date, Time, Weight, Length)
 
3. Any additional info/message you'd like on your card or color/font/layout changes
 
4.  Paper Choice - Pearl, Felt (matte), Recycled or Linen (I recommend Pearl for babies, it has a pretty sheen.)
 
5.  Envelope Choice - Luxe White, White w/ Gold Liner, White w/ Silver Liner, Kraft
 
Then just hit SEND and you'll receive a proof in your inbox within 3 business days.  Once it's perfect, we'll send it out to print....they come in super quickly.
